"I’m medical geneticist at the Erciyes University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Genetics. I have been accepted for a research internship (DAAD-fellowship) in the Thematic Network "Research on Rare Diseases and Personalised Medicine", implemented by Ludwigs-Maximilians-University, Munich. The fellowship allowed me to do research in the lab under the supervision of Prof. Christoph Klein. I spent most of my time at Klein’s Lab in Gene Center. I was study about CRISPR/CAS9 technology and I learned basics of this system. I also learned valuable things about whole exom sequencing data interpretation in the bioinformatics unit of the Dr. von Hauner Children's Hospital during my research stay. I am so glad that I studied in the lab under the supervision of Prof. Christoph Klein at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München."
